It is authorized and permitted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is used for legitimate purposes.

Article Twelve - Confidentiality of Information:

1. The Mobile Messages Foundation for Communications and Information Technology adopts measures (physical, organizational, and technical) to protect users and prevent unauthorized access to and storage of users' personal information.

2. You, as a user, acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure medium and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be 100% guaranteed through the Mobile Messages Foundation for Communications and Information Technology.

3. The Mobile Messages Foundation for Communications and Information Technology has no control over the actions of any third party, such as other websites linked to the Platform or third parties claiming to represent you or others.

4. You acknowledge and agree that Rasalak Mobile Communications and Information Technology may use the information you provide to it for the purpose of providing services to you at Rasalak Mobile Communications and Information Technology and to send you marketing messages. Rasalak Mobile Communications and Information Technology's privacy policy governs the collection, processing, use, and transfer of your personal identification information. The confidentiality rules of this information are subject to Rasalak Mobile Communications and Information Technology's "Privacy and Information Confidentiality Policy."

Article Thirteen - Restriction of Access or Membership:

Raalak Mobile Communications and Information Technology may suspend or cancel a user's membership or restrict a user's access to the Platform's services at any time, without notice, for any reason, and without limitation.

Article Fourteen - Applicable Law or Regulation:

This User Agreement is governed by and formulated in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is fully and entirely subject to the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Fifteen - General Provisions:

· If any provision or clause contained in this User Agreement is cancelled or any provision or clause contained in this User Agreement is no longer valid, such termination shall not invalidate the remaining provisions, clauses, and terms contained in this User Agreement, which shall remain in effect until further notice from the management of Rasalak Mobile Telecommunications and Information Technology Corporation.

· This User Agreement, which may be amended from time to time as appropriate, constitutes the User Agreement, working mechanism, understanding, agreement, and contract between Rasalak Mobile Telecommunications and Information Technology Corporation and the user. Both parties to this agreement agree to take into account the following:

1. Arabic is the language used when interpreting the provisions of this Agreement or when translating it into another language.

2. All prices displayed for Rasalak Mobile Telecommunications and Information Technology Corporation's services or products may be amended from time to time.

3. The promotional or marketing offers that may be offered by the Mobile Messages for Communications and Information Technology Foundation are temporary. The Mobile Messages for Communications and Information Technology Foundation reserves the right to modify or discontinue these promotional or marketing offers at any time.

The Mobile Messages for Communications and Information Technology Foundation reserves the right to issue or discontinue promotional codes at any time whenever necessary.

4. The parties to this agreement undertake to conduct themselves in a manner that does not violate Sharia rules and applicable laws and regulations related to the nature of the dealings between the Mobile Messages for Communications and Information Technology Foundation

and the user.

5. This User Agreement may only be terminated by a decision issued by the management of the Mobile Messages for Communications and Information Technology Foundation.
